Obise Emeka Arnold, but popularly known as Phantom Shakur, hails from Utagba-uno, Kwale, Ndokwa West Local Government Area, Delta State.
He was born into a family of six(6) children and he happens to be the last of all six.
OBISE EMEKA ARNOLD, was born May 27th 1998 into the family of a Retired Army officer and Medical driven Mother, so I basically grew up in the military barracks.
He spent most of his early life in Enugu State of which he did his primary and secondary education there. He attended Command children school at his primary level.
He gained admission into Command day Secondary School and finished his secondary education in the year 2014. He served the school as the Sport director 1 and also got a lot of recognition for his good football abilities.
He is an ND holder from OGUN STATE INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY IGBESA, OGUN STATE. At his time in Ogun state he had a lot of departmental duties being the Department Sport director,it didn’t stop him from involving in musical shows around campus that later gave him the name he had then in Ogun state.
Personal awards which includes:
SPAS(School of Pure and Applied Science) Awards as the SPORTMAN OF THE YEAR 2018/2019 Academic session and
OUTSTANDING PERSON’S AWARDS as BEST LYRICIST ON CAMPUS.

My love for music has been since the age of 10, I was in a group named (wagzy boys,proxies) with my childhood friend Obinna until I was 17 and able to write songs on my own, with the group they had a studio recorded song together titled TURN IT UP(2010).
Obise Emeka Arnold is a Rapper, song writer and also a lover of sports but full of much musical talent’s. A strong lover and fan of 2pac SHAKUR he doesn’t joke with his hip hop songs.
His skills has given him the opportunity to work with music artistes in Delta State and other states like Mr 2sweet, Jmol, Caploux, Narrow 12, Nickyung, Obaiknoxxx etc
Currently he his signed to SOUND4MULA ENTERTAINMENT ENTERPRISE
