Twitter users Blast Blogger who said Pete Edochie is a bad actor (Screenshots)
Some fans of veteran Nollywood actor, Pete Edochie, have taken to Twitter to pounce on a blogger who’s quite present on the platform with her opinions, @sugarbelly after she criticized Edochie as a really bad actor, adding that he’s been acting the same role all his life.
Sugar Belly’s criticism comes not more than a day after reports made the rounds that actress, Genevieve Nnaji’s film ‘Lionheart‘ was disqualified from Oscars nomination by the Oscars selection committee for speaking too much English in the film.
In the film, Pete Edochie starred as Genevieve Nnaji’s billionaire father, and Sugar Belly stated that the veteran actor has been playing the same role all his life.
Fans pointed out to Sugar Belly that Edochie has played so many roles in the past and doesn’t deserve such criticism from her as he is a fantastic actor.
